The start date depends on weather, material availability and our current build queue. Once installation begins, most of our roof projects and most gutter projects can be completed in one day. Siding projects generally take 6–7 days, depending on the home’s size and the scope of work.
Those are typical installation estimates. Weather, access, hidden damage or a larger project can extend the schedule; material ordering and time in the queue are separate.
Yes. Some colors and finishes cost more, and special-order choices can add up to 21 days to the normal material lead time. The difference depends on the product and supplier. Confirm the price and expected arrival date for your exact selection before it is ordered; availability and delivery estimates can change.
It depends on the product and finish. Review the exact manufacturer instructions and warranty before changing the color.
Both LP SmartSide and James Hardie offer primed siding intended for painting. We can discuss that option if a custom painted finish is part of your plan.
Photos and on-screen samples are a starting point. Lighting, screen settings, texture and surrounding materials can change how a color looks. Review a physical sample of the selected product and confirm its exact color name before ordering.
